Each January, we team up with the Miami Design Preservation League for a day of engaging talks during Miami Beach's much-anticipated Art Deco Weekend. This year, we're marking the 100th anniversary of the 1925 Paris Exposition—the birthplace of Art Deco—with two insightful presentations exploring its impact on architecture and design, followed by a deep dive into Mediterranean Revival architecture. At 4pm be sure to stop by our library open house, where we'll showcase materials on legendary Jazz Age performer and activist Josephine Baker. For the full festival schedule, visit artdecoweekend.org.

Organized with Miami Design Preservation League.
