In the second film of our spring series with the Miami Beach Cinematheque, Michelangelo Antonioni’s 1955 tragedy Le Amiche, a young woman sets out to open a boutique in postwar Turin only to become mixed up in her new friends’ life dramas. First take a look at Sorelle Fontana scarf design in a 5pm tour of Made in Italy: MITA Textile Design 1926–1976 at The Wolfsonian, then head across the street to the Cinematheque at 6pm to see the fashion on film!
