Prepare for a major case of shoe envy! In this talk, curator Danielle Charlap sits down with two Miami-based shoe collectors: digital creator Bianca DeRousse of ImSimplyB, and Luis Valenzuela, founder and curator of the Miami Shoe Museum. From Bianca's enviable sneaker haul to Luis's stunning high-fashion heels, they'll dive into the culture and passion behind their favorite pairs. Come early to explore Foot Notes: Shoes, Symbolism, and Society and chat with the exhibition's curator.
