Family Day Mash-Up: Discovering Design Meets In Bloom

Time: 1–4pm
Location: Miami Beach Botanical Garden @ 2000 Convention Center Drive

Celebrate the beauty of nature at this joint Wolfsonian and Miami Beach Botanical Garden family day! Get creative with hands-on activities by local artists: make garden-inspired crafts with Lauren Shapiro and design intricate nature circles with Karina Del Punta. Experience a calming sound bath and breath work meditation with LaCriscia Fowlkes, hosted by our partners from the Children's Bereavement Center, at 2 and 3:30pm. Then, gather for story time and sweet treats as we read These Bees Count! by Alison Formento at 2:30pm. End the afternoon with an animal-inspired kids' yoga session led by Jaclyn Angulo, founder of Namaste + Play.

Co-presented with the Miami Beach Botanical Garden and Children's Bereavement Center, this collaborative family day is supported by the Batchelor Foundation, the Tamara L. Harris Foundation, the Lynn and Louis Wolfson II Family Fund, the Seligman Family Foundation, the City of Miami Beach, and the Al and Jane Nahmad Family Foundation.
