Discovering Design Free Family Day: Summer Send-Off
Date: Saturday, August 10, 2024
Time: 10am–1pm
Location: The Historic Hampton House @ 4240 NW 27th Avenue
Start the school year in style with an exciting back-to-school family day hosted by our friends at the Historic Hampton House! Artist Shawna Moulton will help you create a one-of-a-kind pin to jazz up your look, and the first 100 students on-site will receive a backpack filled with school supplies courtesy of The Children's Trust. The morning will also include a guided tour of the esteemed Historic Hampton House, once a Green Book hotel, along with sweet treats and more.
Presented in partnership with the Historic Hampton House. Discovering Design is supported by the Batchelor Foundation, the Tamara L. Harris Foundation, the Lynn and Louis Wolfson II Family Fund, and the Seligman Family Foundation.
