Discovering Design Free Family Day: Back to School
Date: Saturday, August 13, 2022
Time: 10am–1pm
Location: The Historic Hampton House @ 4240 NW 27th Avenue
Gear up for the coming year with a back-to-school extravaganza hosted by our friends at the Historic Hampton House. Families will tap into their creativity with artist Morel Doucet, jam out to music by junior DJs from Art Cortex, embark on an 11:30am guided tour, and enjoy something sweet to end summer with a bang! The first 75 students on site will receive a backpack filled with school supplies, courtesy of The Children's Trust.
Presented in partnership with the Historic Hampton House and The Wolfsonian Public Humanities Lab. Discovering Design is supported by the Batchelor Foundation and the Tamara L. Harris Foundation.
