Spiritual Realms and Charismatic Cults

As science and industry advanced in modern times, many turned to the supernatural and mystical to find meaning in the world. Wolfsonian curator Shoshana Resnikoff and digital assets manager Isabel Brador will delve into the uncanny side of our collection, uncovering the stories behind items that evoke paranormal phenomena. Follow along as they explore works that express deep inquiry into the occult by spiritual seekers, and others that promote the outright charlatanry of cult leaders.
