Coffee & Conversations: Cultural Institutions in Times of Crisis
Date: Thursday, May 7, 2020
Time: 10–10:30am
Location: Zoom
Bite-sized breakfast chats! On Thursdays at 10am, The Wolfsonian Public Humanities Lab (WPHL) is in conversation with cultural figures in Miami, across the nation, and around the globe to discuss how they are coping, creating, and projecting their futures. After taking in a 10-minute live interview over your morning mug, join a Q&A to have your pressing questions answered by thought leaders who are adapting the arts experience for the COVID-19 era.
Kicking off May, writer Ana Menéndez speaks with Books & Books president Mitchell Kaplan about the many ways institutions are confronting this global pandemic, from adapting for online engagement to addressing resource issues.
Organized by The Wolfsonian Public Humanities Lab.
