Dabble Class: Coptic Book Binding

Date: Sunday, August 19, 2018
Time: 2–5pm
Location: The Wolfsonian–FIU @ 1001 Washington Avenue

In this workshop students will learn a 6,000-year-old bookbinding technique with Ingrid Schindall of IS Projects. Coptic binding leaves the spine of the book exposed, showing off all the hard work put into its sewing. Leave the class with a uniquely decorated coptic journal of your own!

$30, $20 for members; includes materials
