American Homes: The Mark Mamolen Annual Program
Date: Friday, February 16, 2018
Time: 7–9pm
Location: The Wolfsonian–FIU @ 1001 Washington Avenue
Be our guest as we welcome you to the first talk in our annual series exploring American homes! Each year we will investigate a single dwelling that demonstrates how the design of living space powerfully expresses individual personality and social values. First up: the Woodsong house, a local gem designed by Alfred Browning Parker in the 1960s. The owner of Woodsong will join architect and historian Allan Shulman at The Wolfsonian to discuss this iconic Florida home and provide an eye-popping virtual tour.
