COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update

For public safety, we have decided to temporarily close The Wolfsonian–FIU while the nation copes with the coronavirus pandemic and gauges long-term impact.

With this new reality of social distancing and self-quarantining in mind, the Wolfsonian team is looking into repackaging many of our planned programs, exhibitions, and experiences for online viewing, so that we can remain connected with you when the therapeutic powers of art and design are needed most.

We'll know more in the coming days and weeks, and the museum will post updates here and on our Twitter feed. You can also follow University announcements on FIU's coronavirus webpage, which includes a message from President Rosenberg, health and hygiene tips, and other resources you might find helpful at this time.

Humanity has weathered worse in the past, as our collection often shows. We'll get through this one, too.
